Getting started modding.

Well one of the absolute best tools for modding is known as Modio. An all in one modding tool. Essentially a Swiss army knife for modders. So first goto this link and download Modio.

Once you complete downloading, Open the folder and place it on your desktop.
 You may run it once we establish getting your files onto your computer from your Xbox.
You will need (1) 4 - 18 Gigabyte USB Flash drive.

Make sure there is nothing important on it, and that you do not care if you erase all the files on it.
Turn on your Xbox, once the dashboard loads, plug in your flash drive, a window should pop up saying "Do you wish to format the found device for the Xbox 360 console" Press Yes. This may take a minute or two.
Once it's complete your going to browse back to the dashboard, then browse to "My xbox" Once there browse all the way to the right to "My system" enter "My system" Now press "Memory" Find your xbox hard drive "HDD" and select it, (Not the usb device) Once inside find your gamer profile. When you find it click it, you should get two options, Move / Delete. Choose move (not delete...) A new menu will popup, "Please select a device to move the selected files to." Select your usb device and click ok. Once that's finished, all your game saves and files will be on the usb.

You can now leave your xbox and go back to your PC, open Modio, once it loads click "quick actions" then click "explore a device" Now you have full access to all the files from your profile. You can mod them, get new ones, back them up, and send them to friends.
